How long printing takes, what shipping costs, and how exchanges work — all on one page.
Shipping
Every piece is printed to order in 2–4 business days, then handed to the carrier with tracking on every parcel. Estimated delivery after printing: 3–5 business days in the U.S., 7–14 days worldwide.
Rates: flat $4.95 U.S. standard shipping — free on all U.S. orders over $50. Express (2-day) is calculated at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout by destination.
Need it by a date? Custom and bulk orders should be placed at least 10 business days before the event. Write to us first and we will confirm the schedule in writing.
Returns & exchanges
Start a return within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed — try the fit on, keep the tags, and tell us what went wrong.
Misprints and damaged items are always on us: send a photo within 14 days and we reprint or refund, your choice — no return shipping needed. For size exchanges, we ship the new size first so you are never left empty-handed.

FAQ
Standard pieces print in 2–4 business days plus transit. Custom artwork adds one proof round (usually 24–48 hours). Rush printing is available at checkout for most blanks.
No. Order a single tee to check quality, or outfit 500 people — the same presses and the same quality check apply either way. Bulk pricing starts at 12 pieces.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal, but a high-resolution PNG on a transparent background works too. Our artists clean up every file free of charge and send a digital proof before printing.
Our water-based inks cure into the fabric rather than sitting on top, so prints stay soft and survive 50+ washes when cared for cold and inside-out. A print that fails early is covered as a misprint.
Yes — we ship worldwide with tracking. Duties and taxes for non-U.S. orders are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.
Email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number. For size swaps we ship the replacement first; for refunds, money returns to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
